At VogueNThreads, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns for Standard Online Orders
For standard, non-personalised items purchased online, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have told us that you wish to return your item, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging where possible. Customers may inspect and try on items as they would in a physical shop, but items must not be worn for use, altered, damaged, washed, or returned in a condition that prevents resale.
Made-to-Measure, Custom, and Personalised Items
Some VogueNThreads products may be made-to-measure, custom tailored, altered, or personalised specifically for you.
Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production, tailoring, or alteration work has started, unless the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not meet your statutory rights.
This does not affect your legal rights.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and clear photos where relevant. Once we review your request, we will confirm the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund, repair, replacement, alteration, or remake.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Where applicable, we will refund the standard delivery cost paid at checkout. If you selected a premium or express delivery option, only the standard delivery amount may be refunded.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
Items We Cannot Accept Back
- The item has been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used.
- The item is missing original tags or packaging.
- The item was custom-made, personalised, tailored, or altered specifically for you, unless faulty or not as described.
- The return request is made outside the eligible return period.
