Return & Remake Policy

At VogueNThreads, every garment is crafted with care and attention to detail. Since most of our products are custom or made-to-order, we focus on providing solutions such as alterations, replacements, or remakes whenever possible to ensure you receive the best fit and quality.

Custom Made Products

Many of our garments are produced according to customer-selected measurements, fabrics, and design preferences. Because of this customized nature, standard returns are generally not accepted once production has started. However, if there is an issue with your order, our team will work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or remake at no additional cost to you. Slight variations in color or texture may occur, but completely incorrect items will always be replaced.

Fit Issues

We aim to deliver garments that fit perfectly. However, if your item does not fit as expected, we may offer alteration guidance or remake solutions. Many minor adjustments such as sleeve length, waist, or trouser length can easily be adjusted by a local tailor.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Our team may request photos of the issue to verify the problem. Once confirmed, we will provide either a replacement, remake, or another suitable resolution.

Remake Policy

In rare cases where a garment cannot be corrected through alterations, we may offer a remake. Requests for remakes must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. The returned garment must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.

Order Cancellation

If an order was placed by mistake, you may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, production may have already started.
